1} you don't need to have a site

2} you must be an Arwen fan!

3 } if you have a site, the code must be up right after you join and not be taken off at any time because i might do random checks.

4} your site don't need to be J.R.R. Tolkien related... but it can't be : Porn sites, hate sites, or anything like that shall be deleted.

5 } if in your site is written : "Coming Soon", "Still Moving In", or something like that when i visit it, i'll ask you to hold on your request and only apply when you have some content...
